Spot+ is an application designed from the ground up to solve a problem we all have in common: doing something/going somewhere when we have free time, without having to worry about finding the best option.

It's fun, simple and effective, thanks to a reliable directory of addresses, events and activities. Everything about the application has been designed to maximize the user experience.

In order to achieve our goal of solving this problem, we wish to be transparent about the data collected by our service and how it is used.

If you still have questions after reading our privacy policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at spotinlyon@gmail.com.

The information collected by spot+ is: the information you provide to us and the data we obtain when you use our application.

Mandatory: Personal information when creating your account (which is required to access the content) i.e.: first name, last name, username, password, email address, telephone number... in the same way if you create an account directly on the application or if you choose to connect via Gmail or Apple.

And also your profile photo, if you choose to include one.

This information is useful for making it easier for you to use the chat and "spotted" buttons.

When you use spot+ for the first time, you will be asked for access to your contacts.

Accepting this will make it easy to add or invite your friends and family. Share with them the spots you test, the events you attend and the activities you recommend.

Simply add your friends and they'll see this information via the "spotted" button,

and they'll receive notifications when you go to an event, or recommend an activity…

A profile picture can be added to make it easier to recognize your profile. We do not store these images anywhere.

We do not store user data on our server.

We do not store contacts anywhere in the application, on the server or in the database. We simply select contacts and display them in our mobile application.

The only data on each user that we keep in our back office is: username, first name, surname, email address and telephone number.

Access to your location is used to inform you of the address closest to you and the one furthest away. This is to perform a distance calculation if you choose the "Nearby" filter in spots, events and activities.

The user's location is also used for the map. The calculation between your current position and the 30 nearest spots is performed each time the spot+ map is opened.

Information we obtain through your use:

The way you use our services, i.e.: all filters (time/categories/sub-categories/location, etc.), all buttons (spotted, go, book, chat, map, favorite, notifications, etc.), all connections you make that redirect you to other sites (Facebook, instagram, websites, etc.), your overall browsing.

Your usage generates statistics: the number of clicks on each button by all users.

For example, we will know how many people clicked on an establishment, but we do not record which of these users clicked. This is global information and not on a case-by-case basis.

Chat content and polls are not stored on our server.

Finally, spot+ will have access to the list of users with the days of connection, the actions carried out, the personal information mentioned, the places visited, the events and activities visited.
